As the world’s oldest film festival, the Venice Film Festival has long been a symbol of prestige and a key launchpad for films aiming for Oscar glory. But beyond the red carpet premieres, Venice is equally celebrated for its fashion, and 2025 was no exception.

While much of the attention has focused on cinematic highlights like Guillermo del Toro’s Frankenstein, Luca Guadagnino’s After The Hunt, and Yorgos Lanthimos’s Bugonia, the festival also showcased some of the season’s most unforgettable style moments.

Standout appearances included Julia Roberts in Dario Vitale’s debut look for Versace, an ensemble so striking that Amanda Seyfried appeared in almost the exact same outfit just two days later, swapping only the heels. Shailene Woodley impressed in Fendi, Riley Keough shone in Chanel, and Alexa Chung turned heads in Chloé.
